3. Keep it short and sweet. It's best to send a simple email, rather than one that contains extra fluff or long-winded paragraphs as this can make the message appear promotional in nature and unappealing to potential buyers.

 

4. Ask for referrals. If you don't do this, you'll be missing out on one of the best ways to get more business. Once you've obtained a buyer's contact information, ask for their help in connecting other real estate agents to potential buyers.

Remember that email is just one of many methods that you can use to communicate with your leads and buyers. Online advertisements, blogs, and social media are also effective methods of drawing in new customers, but only if you use them correctly and consistently.
